A condition on receiving your free tree(s) is submitting an online climate change survey.
- At each wateshed distribution site. we will have a QR code which you can scan and complete and submit the survey on your phone.
- If you are not comfortable with submitting a form online we will have paper copies available at the distribution site to fill out.
